剧情介绍
田大宇结婚前体检时发现脑部长有轻微肿瘤，未婚妻、刑警郝敏（伊春德 饰）带他到医院做手术，本来一个常规的外科手术对海归博士沈知鱼（苏可 饰）来说小菜一碟，但由于术后用药马培德（陈建斌 饰）动了手脚，田大宇死于非命，不明就里的沈知鱼内疚万分，院方停止了他的处方权。本来痛恨沈知鱼的郝敏凭刑警的观察和分析，觉得未婚夫的死并不是单纯的医疗事故，她逐渐改变了对沈的看法，而同时沈知鱼发现护士长杜娟（潘晓莉 饰）好象知道什么。离异的杜娟一直暗恋着马培德，但马喜欢的是叶如琴（傅淼 饰），当他知道杜娟掌握着他下黑手的罪证时，对杜大献殷勤，但良心的拷问还是让杜娟决定揭露真相，狗急跳墙的马培德又对杜下了黑手。郝敏和沈知鱼从中嗅到了什么……
